Please update the Firmware to the latest version via the link below,here are some tips to help you get it done:

1.Please download the file though the link via your computer/laptop.
(Do not rename and Unzip the file)
2.Format the USB drive before copying the Update.zip file to it, then insert it to the USB cable,and it will pop out the firmware updating tips on the screen.
(Tick the option"Wipe data and format flash")

Could you please confirm whether you have installed an aftermarket amplifier with the head unit?
If yes, please let us know:
*The brand and model of the amplifier
*Whether it is an active/powered amplifier or a passive setup requiring external amplification
*Whether you are using the RCA outputs, optical output, or both
This information will help us determine whether the low output is related to the head unit settings, firmware, or the amplifier setup.
We are running the optical output to a aftermarket DSP processor (JL audio TWK 88). We tested the signal with an audio measurment system and found it to be unstable and have substantial disortion over volume 20. Older versions of this firmware in systems we have installed in other vehicles with this head unit did not have this issue. We tested the amplifier in the headunit and it is funtioning as expected on the speaker outputs but they will not be used.

Hola. Tengo un problema con mi dasaita. Llevaba ya un tiempo que se reiniciaba sola. De repente la radio dejó de escucharse. Funciona todo pero, solamente la radio, no se oye. Todo lo demás si se oye. Se me perdieron los canales de la radio guardada. En la radio los botones de pasar de emisora al pulsar, emite sonido pero no cambian. En los mandos del volante, si me funciona al cambiar de emisora, pero al dejar pulsado para que busque automáticamente, no funciona tampoco. He reseteado, he reiniciado de fábrica. Desconecté durante un tiempo la tablet de la bateria del coche y de ninguna forma se soluciona.

If your unit is currently running smoothly, we would actually recommend not performing the update. Car navigation systems generally come with very stable software, and updates are usually not necessary unless you are experiencing specific issues.

@Support Dasaita Having issues with my G13 going blank, screens goes blank. I can still hear the radio but the screens shuts off. is there an update.
Hi, I have a PX5 head unit with a screen that randomly freezes when the rear camera is activated. Sometimes it happens immediately after shifting into reverse, and other times after a few seconds. The image just freezes, looking like a still photo of the last frame from the backup camera.

Steps:
1.Download both files on computer.(keep names & zipped).
2.Copy file to a FAT32 USB drive (root folder).
3.Insert the USB drive into the device→ follow prompts → tick "Wipe data and format flash"
