Following up on the black screen problem. To help us pinpoint the issue, could you quickly check a few things when it happens next?
Do the touch buttons light up?
Does the screen still respond to touch (even if dark)?
Is there any sound?
Is the backlight on (any glow)?
Can you restart it with the RST button?
Any details you can share will be a great help!
