I just had the Vivid 13 installed, and it seems to lose GPS connection. I will be driving, and everything is fine. Then all of a sudden, the map turns around or freezes. Any ideas? Thanks.

@Michael Voss To better locate the issue, could you send us your order number so that we could document your issue, please try:
1.)Please check if the GPS antenna has been connected correctly or not.
2.)Go to Settings > Car > Navigation > turn on the GPS monitor and show us a screenshot of it.
3.)Send us a video to demonstrate the situation that you mention.
