Touch panel buttons stopped working after firmware and mcu update 2016 tundra G13

  I reached out to support in regards to the external mic not working. I tried two different mics and checked all the settings. I was able to get both the firware and MCU updated. Right after the update I ran the screen calibration as the touch seemed to not be as acurate after the update. At somepoint after the updates and the screen calibration the lower panel buttons stopped working. I have tried to run the panel button re-learn and the screen is just blank and does nothing but select back. I reached back out to support though email and I stopped getting responses. Please help! My external mic still does not work and now none of the panel buttons do either.

  Regarding to the touch buttons are not working,please refer to the below steps:

  1.Go to Settings > Car > Factory Settings > enter 126.

  2.Click on Key Study > Touch key study to enter the learning interface.

  3.First click on "+1" , second to click "+2 " to calibrate the screen first, then tap the button to assign the desired features, finally click on"SAVE EXIT".
