I've had this unit for about a month but the microphone is terrible, the sound quality is bad on the other end of the call. Is there a fix for this?

@Support Dasaita after this update, I still don't see an option to select External Mic.
Qcm6125 Android 13, updated to MCU MTCHS_HA4Z_V4. 17a_1 and Build 20260618.093926 NA-V1
@LennySkillz
The old firmware showed an internal/external mic option, but our hardware connects both mics in series. There is no hardware switch circuit, so changing the setting made no difference.
We hid this useless menu in new firmware to avoid misleading users. Microphone function itself is unchanged. Let us know if you have audio issues.
