Intermittent sound

  I lose sound from all speakers when driving - randomly. I suspect this is a physical issue & could be at the wireharness used to bypass the internal amp. Will driving it will eventually come back. Has anyone else experienced this? My setup is below. When it works - it sounds fine.

  Hello,

  Thanks for your contact.

  1. Find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select factory reset and reboot the unit; 

  NOTE: Make sure you press the RST button vertically and firmly, you should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click.

  2. Please try to disconnect  and reconnect the cables.

  Hi,

  I noticed if I touch the connector "ZEOS-A78291T-021" you can hear static coming through the speakers and you will lose sound. I suspect maybe some of the terminals are bad on this connector.
