Issue: When making calls in Apple CarPlay/Andriod Auto mode, the other person can hear me clearly, but I cannot hear them at all from the car speakers.
Vehicle Model: 2240 / 2241
Solution :
Go to Settings > Car > Factory Settings (password: 126) > Other > Customer Version.
Select either Version 2 or Version 1, then tap Apply.
The system will restart automatically. Reconnect your Phone and test the call again.
