I am experiencing a serious issue with my Daisaita head unit installed in a Hyundai Santa Fe DM.
Problem description:
The screen suddenly flashes white/gray and then goes completely blank. The LED backlight of the LCD panel is fully working (the screen glows in the dark), but there is absolutely no video interface, no boot logo, and no image displayed. The touch buttons on the left panel light up normally.
What I have already tried:
I performed a hard reset using the RST pin hole on the front panel.
I completely cut off the power to the unit for 5 minutes using the car's fuse box memory switch to clear the cache.
Unfortunately, after restoring power and turning the ignition back on, the problem remains. The screen just lights up as a blank, greyish-white panel with no graphics. It seems like the video driver or the MCU is frozen, or there is a glitch during the boot sequence.
