I recommend you to reflash your software from the beginning (and wiping)...it seems that the SDcard drive has not mounted after the factory reset.
Take into consideration updating to the latest software available for your unit

Just the android rom. Your issue is related to android mounting drives

I did as you told me but it did not work, the microsd is not detected, I should try to extract it and reinsert it but I do not want to disassemble the radio for now, I will try when they send me a new canbus since mine is not working

@Francesco Melluso have you tried to remove the sdcard and put another one?
Perhaps your sdcard is corrupted and due to that the unit is not mounted and not visible
I have not tried because for now I do not want to disassemble the radio, but it seems strange that it is damaged, the radio is new and the microsd was visible before I did the reset to factory settings
