@Mr Pink Its brutal - they asked me for the same information - that was 12days ago, still no reply from them. I've been waiting since Dec to get a resolution. Absolute horrible after sales service. They stopped replying to my emails months ago when I asked to return the product.

I'm having similar issues. They will not send support in emails. They steal your money with defective products and ignore your issues.
FOR OVER FIVE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING A REFUND.
And Dasaita just ignore me :(
