Unable to set time zone

  Hello I've just installed the Max11 for Toyota 4Runner

  I cannot set the time zone for anything other than China.  When I manually adjust time zone it defaults back to China.

   

  I am also unable to update Zlink app, an update is available but download fails.  Bluetooth CarPlay works but wired does not
