Black screen 30 mins after install

  Hello! I just purchased a HA2179S-Vivid11-CP for my 2017 4runner.

  I installed it today and everything worked perfectly for about 30 minutes and then all of a sudden the screen went black. The audio still comes through the speakers, the blue light buttons on the sides of the screen make noise but there is nothing on the screen at all. It is totally black. What can I do to fix this?

  Same issue, just happened 5 months after install.  Been working with online retailer ... and not liking the options they have given me so far.

  @Larry Zoll It seems that perhaps one of your cables is loose. I recommend you to open your unit and check the connections... But it can void your warranty. ASk Dasaita for permission or a way to solve this.,
