  I cant find how to do a split screen, its mentioned in amazon as possible. Everything else works.

  Think you need to head back to amazon and leave some negative feedback if it hasnt been resolved at this juncture. May want to see what Amazon can do for you, but I doubt they will. Hope you got the warranty.
