Dasaita lousy support


  • bought a 9 inch vivid for my 2009 Camry with JBL sound system and also purchased the harness, they never shipped the CB005 decoder that I need and they are not giving me any help as to why it hasn't been shipped yet. I fear that I just purchased a $500 paperweight. I went with this company because after all of my research they seem to have been the most reliable but I am very dissatisfied with the customer support or lack of that I have been experiencing.

  • Yes. They are definitely a rip off. I'm sure they are using second rate parts that failed tests from other manufacturers to build thier units. After a year and a half of trying to get a refund for the exact same issue, I opened up the unit. Located the bluetooth chip. Whipped out my solder iron amd removed it. Now I cam use a dongle instead. WORTH IT! DASAITA IS A JOKE. I also hope future customers read this and go to another manufacturer. My first deck was from eonon amd I should have went back to them for my second deck. Their equipment is flawless from the gate. They also pick up the phone, answer emails and provide ANSWERS!
