Dasaita customer service is literally trolling me


  • I've asked them a basic question for the past 3 days and they either ignore me or send me an automated message telling me to contact Amazon. The funny thing is when you contact Amazon they say dasaita is the actual seller. On top of that Amazon told me that they have no actual contact info listed. These guys refuse to help me. I can buy a $40 Android head unit and be able to adjust the contrast settings of a backup camera but this $500 unit cannot. Unreal to me. Should have gone with the roadnavi considering they offer options with higher ram and I'd imagine a better developed rom.
