@Alex Hunt  Hello, sorry we don't have an IMAGE file to provide. It seems the system upgrade from Android 10 to Android 11 is broken. 

I applied both updates... MCU was the last one... after updating to the latest G13 all were OK. After updating the MCU I got no sound at all and the system was freezing at every tap i make... lucky...
