I have a 2011 sr5 basic head unit and the large metal brackets and small plastic brackets that you transfer do not fit pre existing holes.

Forgot to mention, even after changing the bluetooth name, it still shows up as FeasyBluetoothwareTestver and not the name that I set or the default CAR-KIT.
