He cambiado de VIVID10(Scout) a MAX10 por el mismo motivo ; poder utilizar la aplicación de teléfono con otro launcher. Funciona perfectamente.

@Paul Wood yea, same here, this will be a perfect machine if they can fix this issue. i believed the internal mic of the unit is causing the issue.

I did not. I returned the unit & bought the newer (G12) version. The new one worked out of the box with no problems.

From my understanding it can only be upgraded by updating your firmware/system software. It is not meant to be an app that end users can update.

Same issue.  Clear as day when not driving, horrible when driving.  Everything else works well, so I hope there is a solution.
