I have a 2018 Toyota Rav4 with a Dasaita Vivid 11 head unit. All works fine but oem back up camera has grainy picture. Any ideas to correct this.

I'm using Android Auto and Google Maps but I keep hearing "High accident area" voice.  I have never heard that before using Google Maps so I think it is Scout.  I don't want to hear that ...

If I connect the navi to the 12 volt power supply and it doesn't boot without an SD card, I can do the 20sec reset but nothing happens.
