@Support Dasaita my music file lives on the flash drive. the previous version would automatic load and play music folders. but after updated to lastest firmware it does no load anymore. if i go to android music app it would play the music.

@Support Dasaita yes i tried the option. it is same thing is not media player of vivid. it will play under the andorid music player and the steering wheel could not control the player. it will return to main screen when i press the bottom on steering wheel control.
@TK Zhang Could you try to factory reset the system to check if it could be fixed?
@Support Dasaita yes I tried still the same and another problem is I unpin and turn off novo app from quick lunch bar. Every time I restart the scout or restart my car the app comeback on the quick launch bar reset everything. Sometimes the scout reset itself while the car still on.

Not being able to get rid of the Novo app from the bottom launch bar is something that started happening with the latest Scout OTA 7.1.3860 update. You can unpin it, but after a launcher restart it shows up again.
