The device I bought is not working properly. Will not work
below -5 °C and below +10 °C periodically will not turn on.
Lights on the unit are blinking, sometimes not, and you
have black screen. Pushing the reset button is not helping
even if I turn the car off and on several times.
Several hours later is turning on without problems..
This is happening very often and I dont have any other problems with the car.
The battery of the car is new.
Please advise.and thanks in advance.
@Tomas Stach In this case, we are wondering if you could update the MCU and update the firmware to Max. If the problem has been resolved, you could scroll back to Vivid.

This hmcu.img is not working
@Tomas Stach Have you update the head unit to MAX11 before updating the MCU, note that 2 file need to be put in the directory of the USB and update them one by one.
