Anyone seen anything like this? I've tried to troubleshoot various ways with no success. The lines slowly fade but reappear almost each time I start the car and the screen is unresponsive and doesn't change. I can still hear music though.

@Rene Lomeli We are wondering if you could remove the head unit and send us a photo on the head unit to show us the screen area, we will guide you through an update accordingly.
