Steering wheel setting(with Canbus, note that it will work when the Canbus option has been chosen correctly, if no luck, you could try the steps below):
1) Please go to Settings > Car > Factory settings > Others > Steering wheel keys assign > CAN Key > Apply > Exit (Reboot).
2) Please go to Settings > Car > Steering Wheel Keys and start to program or go to Home Menu > Wheelkey Study app and start to program.

Hi, I have a Canbus installed however the go forrward to a new saved music on spotify it backwords, when I press forward it goes back and when I hit back it goes forward... how can I edit this or is there a different way to do it mually...
I have a G13 on a Tundra 2018

I need assistance I have two issues :1) I'm not able to use my steering wheel "voice button "to make calls, example " call home" . 2) I can access the contacts list in the V13 via the steering wheel controls select the persons name and select the number but it will not make the call. . I can select the number via touch screen and it will make the call. I had my wife call me back on her cell and I can recieve the call with no problems.

Sim card works and have phone line attached system sees. In the system settings I ensured the phone number uses my carriers service and when unavailable use wifi. No problems with surfing or any applications.
I followed the instructions for steerring wheel services:
1) Please go to Settings > Car > Factory settings > Others > Steering wheel keys assign > CAN Key > Apply > Exit (Reboot).
2) Please go to Settings > Car > Steering Wheel Keys and start to program or go to Home Menu > Wheelkey Study app and start to program.
