2014 tundra limited with jbl. Phone controls don't work from the steering wheel, no sound from Siri on CarPlay (checked all settings and they are on) mutes music like it should be doing something but no sound. Also the lock and unlock beeper stopped working. No setting to turn it on or off in the car settings. I was told by dasaita to go to back door volume and turn it "on", but that's not an option. And the volume doesn't move off 6. I'm thinking there is a canbus issue as I looked and it showed "08 Camry, rav simple in the factory settings menu. I'll try to attach a photo of what I have.

Well the phone control and mode doesn't work still from the steering wheel.

Please go to Factory Settings > enter "logcan" and then check if there is code on the screen when you press the phone control and mode on SWC. Press a few times and then go to filebrowser and send us the log file. Please record the whole process with video if possible.
