I can no longer connect to Zlink, although it worked perfectly before.
Is this a problem updating Zlink, or update the headunit.
I am currently on Android 10, with a PX6 in version MTCH_MX_V3.84_1.
Can I upgrade to Android 13 to fix this issue.
Can you send me the links to download the latest apk for the headunit and foir Zlink
If you should send me the processus to make the update, it cill very kind of youy,
because i dont know how to do it.

For your information, it doesn't support to upgrade the later system Android13 from Android10.
In order to help you better, please go Settings > About Machine,
then provide the following clear photo: Build Number.

Thks for your reply, you can find after the photo of the build number, to send me the latest version to update my headunit, and send me the good zlink apk.
Does this head unit support an update to Android 11 or 12. Is it really necessary to do this migration through a new version of android 11 or 12?

for information, i have this canbus (cf image), but i don't find the good setting in the factory setting.
Even if i reboot the headunit, the canbus still block on the 59PSAHiworld position which is the last canbus i test to back up my sensor parking (but with this one i lost the dual zone AC management). I tried the position 61 with the red canbus, and i find the good model, Peugeot 407 Coupé Sportpack 2006, but i lost again the sensor parking assistance. Could you please sent me the good reference of Canbus for this car withou lost any functions. It will very king of you.

Please note that it doesn't support to upgrade the later system(Android11/12/13/etc.) from Android10.
It supports to update the firmware for the same Android OS only.
Here enclosed the latest firmware, please try to do the update.
Zlink will be updated automatically at the same time based on the corresponding firmware version.

Step1.
Please download above update file via your computer/laptop firstly.
Step2.
Please format the USB drive to FAT32 Format.
Step3.
Please copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.
Step4.
Please insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable.
Step5.
Please go Settings > System > System updates to start the update.
Tap "wipe data and format flash" and "install".
(Please note that all data on this unit needs to be wiped before doing this step, so back up important data if necessary.)

If needed, please firstly press and hold the RST button by pin for 15 seconds to enter the factory setting interface to do the factory reset.

I success to delete the error message (no thanks to you, should I precised) caused by your wrong advice and version.
I put an MTCE_MX V3.78 MCU and an MX ROM system, mx4_rk3399_10.0_ota(20210413), but i can't update zlink (cf photo below) on the apk installer. Could you send me the good apk for Android10
Do u have a most recent ROM on MX or HCT version, because the HA was given caused me lot of damages.
Other thing, since i delete your bad HA version, i can't use my hiworld canbus, so it's not normal. Please make a look at this post, and help me to solve your mistake guyz.

We notice your current System&MTCE are the old version, thus it possibly cannot compatible with Zlink.
Besides, it also mostly likely cannot compatible with new version Zlink.
