Please check the firmware update tutorial below then give it a shot.

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates" to start the update.
***NOTE:
Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".

I installed the update and it did not correct the problem.

For further confirmation, please provide us with your current Build Number & MCU version pictures.
Besides, please carefully check the wiring connection, especially the TFT Driver box.
Please make sure that there is no loose connection or any damaged/bent pins.
I reconnected all of the connections and it still doesn't work. Attached is the latest photo.

Could you please send a pic of showing the imid screen status to us?
If the reverse camera can be display on the Dasaita screen?
There is no display on the imid screen. It is always blank. It is backilt so it is getting power, but there is nothing on the display.
The reverse camera does display on the Dasaita screen.
