Calibrate Reversing Trajectory

  • When reversing with the wheels straight, it looks like I am turned to the left. To make the reversing trajectory straight, I have to turn the wheel to the right. Is there a way to calibrate this so when the wheels are straight, the reversing trajectory is also straight?

This is a picture with the wheels straight (not turned left or right):

  • Hi Joseph,

Is this your original line?can be turned left or right?

  • @Support Dasaita blue lines are coming from the vehicle. The red/yellow/green lines are coming from the head unit. Blue line does not move--even with original head unit they did not move. Red/yellow/green lines do move, but when the wheels are straight, the red/yellow/green lines are off as shown in the picture.

    Hello, Joseph.

For your information, there is no setting about the calibration.
In this case, we suggest that you can turn off our reversing trajectory but keep the original blue line only.

Please try to disable the reversing trajectory display as follows:
Settings > Car > Extra setting > Reversing trajectory display > Off.

  • @Support Dasaita thank you for the fast response! My assumption is that the vehicle is reporting an incorrect position of the steering wheel. Is that likely the cause?

  • @Joseph D'Angelo

    Hello.
    It may be the cause.
We suggest that you use the original blue line only and disable the reversing trajectory display.
