I believe I have a faulty wiriing harness as my Vivd13 keeps shutting off, and if pull the unit back out it'll power back on. I have reseated all the cables and verified everything is connected together as securely as they can be. Can I be sent another wiring harness set of wires for my 2019 toyota tacoma with JBL system. My order number I purchased from you guys is Order SP-DA9857.
