Hallo suppert
I have the G13 unit ( sept 2024) on my 2017 Rav 4 wiht JBL speakers and I am so far very pleased white it.
Only much later do i notice that the rear and centre JBL speakers are not working .
Can you help me to fix this ?

Hello, Pieter.
Please firstly check if you have connected the speaker cables well.
Then please try to go "Amplifier App > Delay > Auto > All" to move the crosshair to the center,
then see if all speakers have sound normally.

For your information, the blue circles are used for the aftermarket amplifier.
Please ignore it if your amplifier is not aftermarket.
Please refer to attached picture and make sure that the White Plugs of speaker cables have been connected properly.
To further confirm, please tell us how it goes after going "Amplifier App > Delay > Auto > All" to move the crosshair to the center.
And i check the audio setting you ask

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip”&“hmcu.img” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates/MCU updates" to start the update.
***NOTE:
Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".

I noticed I have this morning that I have the same problem. No sound to rear speakers. Checked cables, made sure the rear speakers weren't muted. When I mute the two front speakers everything is silent so they're the only two that work.
could I update with the same firmware and MCU? 2021 RAV4 with JBL speakers. G13 installed. Build and MCU below:

Please update the Firmware & MCU to the latest version via the link below,here are some tips to help you get it done:

1.Download the documents ①&② through the link on your computer/laptop.
(Do not rename and Unzip the file)
2.Format the USB drive(FAT32 Format)before copying the Update.zip & hmcu.img file to it, then insert it to the USB cable,and it will pop out the firmware updating tips on the screen.
(Tick the option"Wipe data and format flash")
3.MCU updated GO：Settings>System>MCU updates.

@Support Dasaita Is the zst27_sc138_13_(20250311) version a newer, or older version than the zst27_360d version already installed? The already installed version seems to have a 20250522 date whereas the one you suggest is 20250311.
Am I downgrading? Will I lose any current functionality?

@Support Dasaita Order SP-DA7334. I've updated to 20250311 and the issue with no sound from the rear speakers persists.
I am having the same issue with my 2007 Tundra w/JBL. No sound rear speakers and no sound from subwoofer. I also did the firmware update and still no rear speaker and no subwoofer.

Could you please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
And please go to the DTS APP to check if the mute button is disable.
And please set to "ALL"and"Manual"to see how it work.
