2017 Rav 4 wiht JBL Center and rear speakers not working

  • @Support Dasaita

  • @Support Dasaita I checked everything you asked. There's nothing muted and when set to Manual/All there is still a problem.

Checking more closely tonight, with these settings I get some sound from the left rear speaker but I have to put my ear right beside the speaker to hear it. The right rear speaker does not have any sound at all, even when sound is fully faded to RR.

  • @jose gonzalez Do you have factory amplifier?

please go to the DTS APP to check if the mute button is disable.

And please set to "ALL"and"Manual"to see how it work.

  • Have the same problem with Toyota RAV4 2017, rear speakers sounds very very low.

    Order SP-DA7490

  • @Support Dasaita I also am dealing wiyh the same speaker issue on my G12. Could you send me the updated MCU as well.

  • @K S

    Hello,

Please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:

1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.

2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.

  • I have a G13 in my 2020 Corolla with JBL speakers and I am also not getting sound from my rear speakers or subwoofer.  I have checked my cables and the DTS APP settings.  Is there an update for my unit so all speakers work?

  • @Terry Foster In this case, we are wondering if you could go to EQ settings > Delay and move the sound spot to the center.
