I purchased the unit from Amazon 7 days ago installation was simple 👌 but after few days I noticed that went the weather is hot more than 60° the stereo loses audio and after I turn the AC on after few minutes the sounds comes back, at first I thought I contacted something wrong so I took everything a part and installed again but nope still happens any clues or do I need to return the equipment for a refund at Amazon thank you.

Besides, please go Settings > Car > Factory Settings > enter password(hcttest31),
and send us two screenshots of the CPU temperature respectively when audio works well and it loses audio.

Please try to use a Pin/Paperclip to press and hold the RST Button for 15 seconds to do the factory reset to see if it can remove the CPU monitoring small screen.
(Tap "Wipe data/factory reset" > "Factory data reset" > "Reboot the system now".)

Sorry here is the order number was purchased with multiple items, on the same order thank you. And no I didn't connect the RCA from that receiver, but I did on the amplifier section since I had previously installed sistem
