No sound without reason


  • Hello,I own a Toyota Chr from some times now with a Daisata DX6 inboard with the Android11, and I didn't any problem with the system before yesterday.

    I have now no sound what so ever, first I notice because it didn't have any music coming out. I believed that I had the sound to low, but that wasn't it.
    So I try to calling someone, or using the gps systemwith the invoice, but again nothing.

    I try to use a factory reset by goign on the settings, but again nothing.

    I don't know it that information is important, my I could'nt update the mcu files.

    I didn't touch any cables before and after I notice the problem.

    So what do you think the issue could be ? And what do you think the solution would be ?

    @Jonathan Gaillot Could you please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:

    1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.
    2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.

    Please check if there get sound when listing to the radio?

    There are no sound at all, not from radio, not from apps (Spotify for example), not from GPS, not from phones calls.


  • @Jonathan Gaillot What the version of you unit? Vivid OS Or MAX10?


  • @Support Dasaita I try to find theses two words somewhere without success. However I think the OS is Scout, do you thinkg it makes sense ?


  • I am having issue with My Dasaita unit on toyota highlander JBL with amp system.

    Unit working fine and great with sound, today was hot and while driving, sound just stopped.

    No beeps or any sound from any app.. I checked all fuses on back of unit and in engine compartment. I removed unit and checked all connections. I did reset button, restarted unit. 

    Still no sound...But everything else works fine, screen, cameras apps show up..

    Need help on what to do

    Did you add some external equipment on your car?
