Brand new Dasaita 13 radio. I tried using the email or username, but Spotify can't login saying the username or password is invalid. The same email/username and password work on any other computer/phone just fine. Please help to fix this.

Do you an active internet connection? Either WIFI or SIM card?
Delete the app and use Play to download a new version. It did happen to me too.
