Screen goes black now in 2017 Tundra installed May 2025. Harness checked, audio, button lighting, and CarPlay connection stay active but no display. I have gotten it to work by resetting a few times, but very inconsistently, usually only when it's cooler like the issue is heat related. I was wondering about a firmware update but am hesitant.@Support Dasaita any help?

Could you please try to press the RST hole for 15 seconds to see if the screen can power on?
If yes,Please go to the settings > car > factory settings >enter password: hcttest01),and take a pic of showing this full-screen page to us.
