I'm at a loss, have the Vivid13 and at first all worked perfect.
After awhile mp3 won't start anymore and if I play a video like mp4 it starts but no sound.
Tried a new firmware update but still nothing.
Have button sounds and radio works fine but no sound when playing mp3/mp4/spotify
Have installed the v1 version of Vivid13, what's the difference with the v2 version ?!
@Richard B We would like to tell you that they are different coreboard version.
In this case, we are wondering if you could factory reset the system and see if the issue will persist or not.
Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all date(factory reset)
If no luck, please go to Settings > About Machine and send us the current Build Number and MCU version. Sending us your order number will be much help that we could document the issue and better follow up.
