I bought a 2012 tundra with a dasaita installed, wanted to hook up xm car adapter, radio and aftermarket amp all seem to work fine , bluetooth works from phone, ive tried another audio radio thru the 3.5 mm to RCA red/white audio adapter i purchesed to add to the dasaita aux input harness. Red/White. input. and still no sound now and then i can hear the xm adapter playing with all sound and gains adjusted up but is very low and static. .tried xm adapter in our other 2 vehicles works fine. thru 3.5 mm . is it possible the aux. input of radio is no good and is there a repair or place to send . we are in the Far NE of US. thanks

i dont have a order number , but i have a aux cable its not a dasaita cable i had one and did not fix the problem i will send a few picturesl
@Moose It seems that your model is MAX10(Android 10), in this case, we suggest you could purchase a whole set of new accessories cable.
i have all the proper connectors as seen in the last photo i sent, and thel aux in adapter ohms out good. this is why i believe the problem is in the radio as in my original post . is this repairable ?
@Moose Repairing the hardware issue may need new mother board or coreboard which has been stopped producing now. In this case, we suggest you could order a new G13 radio.
