I updated to the latest for MAX10 PX6. I get Google store stops responding, co.g stops responding, and etc... The only thing that I can do is remove the car's battery for a few minutes and reconnect to force a reset.
I erased everything and downgrade to the image stated as HCT. I keeps doing it. Also, I have lost the ability to reset the device with the rst button. It just powers it on and off.
Also, how do I get in via command line. I tried several options off the web but, nothing worked. I would like to get you more data. Maybe there is a logfile that is over flowed and filled, a cache that has hit max value and can not clear and etc....
@Brad Littlejohn Please send us the whole Build Number so that we could we could better check. You said that you had HCT firmware before, did you flash the radio?
@Support Dasaita Yes, I loaded the HCT firmware image. I will get you the entire build number.

It is still on your website. It is the exact same image that is on the unit. If I can get command line access. I can upload crash files, logfiles, malloc failures and etc... if you feel that might help. So, if you thing there are cache files to clear I can do that.
I know how difficult to troubleshoot without any data. :)

Tried the image and got an error. Then did a factory reset and now the android screen comes up but it goes blank after that.
After pulling the battery from the car. Still does the same thing. The unit boots up and flashes the Andriod 10 screen and then goes blank.
I was able to get to the Factory recovery mode. But, once I did that, it now just turns on without any screen.
I was finely about to get to the system prompt. I was able to load the last working image. Now, it is working. Fingers crossed. But, I have lost the ability to get to the system prompt. I put a paper clip in the rst button. I get the left hand lights to flash twice. But, the unit never goes into the system prompt. It just stays on the black screen. Is there a workaround for this?
