Installed my new android 13 unit in my wrx and the reverse camera did not detect (Yellow triangle). It worked on my old vivid 12 unit which I had to replace because the internal amp died and stop putting out sound due to their units do not have an internal fan for cooling and get hot. The instructions are horrible. I connected it just like the old vivid unit I had and nothing. I tried everything and still nothing. I think it is the harnes cause my right front speaker cuts in and out when I move the wire harness. Then today on at work the rearview camera worked once and has not worked since. This is beyond fustrating for it being a brand new unit and Dasaita not saying it was out of stock when I made the order and had to wait for more inventory which must not have gone through quality control.
Im not happy. I need dasaita to send me all new harnesses asap for order SP-DA9197 which I bought 12/27/2025.
@MICHAEL VASQUEZ You could also let us know which power cable you are using the DYX022 or DYX027 so that we could better confirm.
DYX027 per your innstructions that is the one I am to use based on the stock radio I had
@Support Dasaita it is the main harness that is the issue. I did as you asked and used the main harness from my vivid radio and it worked. I need a new main harness overnighted to me as this is a brand new radio and I am already having issues with it. Fire you quality control and get someone that will actually do the job right.
Also it does not display the doors open or A/C as your add states. It did not say only works with specific models. Whats up with that?

@Support Dasaita Your support sucks. This is a brand new radio with issues and it takes you guys forever to reply and you dont have a phone number to call.
