Installed my new android 13 unit in my wrx and the reverse camera did not detect (Yellow triangle). It worked on my old vivid 12 unit which I had to replace because the internal amp died and stop putting out sound due to their units do not have an internal fan for cooling and get hot. The instructions are horrible. I connected it just like the old vivid unit I had and nothing. I tried everything and still nothing. I think it is the harnes cause my right front speaker cuts in and out when I move the wire harness. Then today on at work the rearview camera worked once and has not worked since. This is beyond fustrating for it being a brand new unit and Dasaita not saying it was out of stock when I made the order and had to wait for more inventory which must not have gone through qaulity control.
Im not happy. I need dasaita to send me all new harnesses asap for order SP-DA9197 which I bought 12/27/2025.
@MICHAEL VASQUEZ We are wondering if you have sold the old Vivid unit, if not, you could kindly connect the G13 with the cable of Vivid, we would like to tell you that the power cable and the accessories are mostly the same. In this case, it's the quickest way to exclude the issue of cables.

I cant sell the vivid radio because the internal amp died and it stop putting out sound which is why I bought this new radio. Mostly the same? What does that mean? If using those cables damage my new radio I will be pissed. But I will try it this weekend when I am off
@Support Dasaita So I connected my G13 with the main harness from my vivid and no surprised my reverse camera is working, I told you from the get go this was the problem but just so you cant say I did not comply I did it anyways. Overnight me a new main harness for my radio.
Also it does not display the doors open or A/C as your add states. It did not say only works with specific models. Whats up with that?
This is a headache that I have to deal with this on a brand new radio. For the headache you shold send me one of the following: Dasaita Microphone Adapter 3.5MM For Android 13/Android 12 Head Unit- Seamless External Microphone Connection
