I only want to listen to music via Bluetooth. Sometimes when I turn on the ignition, the Bluetooth connection is established, but it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Sometimes, when I turn on the ignition, it doesn't pair with my phone at all. My phone used to be Android, and I never had these kinds of problems. But on my iPhone, the Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.
I've reset the phone and the multimedia system, but the problem persists.
I believe 7.1.2 is the latest version, but could you please share the latest MTCE_MX mcu file so I can at least resolve the Bluetooth issue?
@murat ozcetin Sorry that we don't have newer MCU version for your radio currently, if you update the following firmware but no luck to get the problem resolved, we suspect it's mostly hardware-related issue and you need to get another radio then.

You shared the px30 Android 10 version, but my multimedia system is px3 and Android 7. Will it support the version you shared? Weren't px3 and px30 different?
@murat ozcetin Sorry for the mistake, we would like to tell you that we don't have firmware for Android 7 model, please don't update the Android 10 firmware attached as well. Your issue maybe software-related, if factory reset could not fix, we suspect that you may need to replace it.
