G13 Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting :
1.Please heck if the device name is displayed in the Bluetooth app.Path: BT application > Settings

(1) If the device name is shown but you still cannot connect, please try renaming it to CAR-KIT.
(2) If the device name does not appear in the Bluetooth app, go to Factory Settings to check the Bluetooth option:Path: Settings > Car > Factory Settings > APP > BT > FSC‑BW124
2.Please also try removing and re-pairing the connection:
On the head unit:Go to Settings > System > Factory Reset > Reset WiFi & Bluetooth connection.
On your phone:Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Forget this device.
If Step 1 and Step 2 do not work, please try updating the system: Go to Settings > About machine and send us a screenshot of the current Build Number and MCU version .
