I started having an issue with CarPlay in ZLink5: it would randomly disconnect and then would not reconnect. Rebooting the head unit and setting everything up again did not solve the problem.
After installing ZLink6, CarPlay started working stably, but now the head unit itself started rebooting on its own quite often. This never happened before.
Could you please help me find a solution to this problem? Have you latest software/mcu update for my build?

Hello.
Regarding CarPlay issue, here are some feasible trouble-shootings for you.
1.
Check whether WiFi antenna has been screwed well.
2.
Confirm if the Bluetooth name(CAR-KIT) and PIN number(0000) are displayed on the unit:
Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth > Device Name; PIN Number.
3.
Clear records:
Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset WiFi, Mobile&Bluetooth.
4.
Use other phones to test how it goes if possible.
If no luck, Please check the update tutorial below then give it a shot.

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip”&“hmcu.img” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates/MCU updates" to start the update.
***NOTE:
Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".
