Hello......... I have a Redtiger F7NA dash cam... I installed the app to the head unit and I am able to connect to the camera however it does not allow me to see the recordings that are on the Dashcam so I can view or download..... Any ideas why it will not allow me to see the files... the redtiger app has all the permisions enabled... appreciate any help
