I did not get the cable with the dual usb and mic plug either with my unit and the hands free clarity sucks without external mic. How can I get that cable?
@Pat Ti I also have no mic port to install my mic. Also, none of my steering wheel controls work even after set up. Is there a bug fix? If so can you supply a link to the update?
it was a terrible service from dasaita. i order direct by dasaita and received the wrong cable without microphonejack. they never answer on my requests or send me a new correct cable 😡
i take this topic back to the top. dasaita has not responded for 2 years that they have delivered the wrong things and therefore the microphone does not work. the correct cable cannot be bought either. very annoying!
