Is there a setting to set the lowest volume or maybe increments ? My unit on the lowest volume is way to loud have to take it to zero to have conversations.

On Factory Settings (Pass: 126) you can adjust the Main Volume for differnet outputs (Bluetooth, Radio, System) that the MCU mixes . Check it you solve your issue by lowering the SYSTEM volume
