Steering wheel controls stopped working

  Hi, my name is Aramis. I purchased a Max 10 PX6 and my mic is not working good. There a lot of background noise. How can I put it for the default setting again, and should I use the external mic or internal please let me know which one works better thank you.

  Could you please try to remove the external mic to check if the built-in mic any background noise?
