Please delete this post.  Found the loose connection and fixed it now.  Both front and back camera work well.

I highlighted where the diagram says there should be a harness and also took a picture of the entire back of the system and I dont see a 3.5 mm jack

The unit does not have a 3.5 mm jack. On the diagram above, the F slot says usb/mic. The F slot does not have a 3.5 mm jack
