hello i have a dasaita head unit which stutters and choppy during phone calls mostly. Music is usually ok. could you tell me if i need to update anything?

@Adam Rosenthal For me, phone line from T-Mobile. Calls, data and SMS all work. Activated in an old iPhone before putting SIM in the G12. 

I activated my SIM in another device first and moved it over to the G12 (T-Mobile). It's been working great that way for weeks. Is that an option for you?
