i think you published your questions in the worng place... First deactivate the automatic Zone and then change the time zone.

Go to the Firmware section of this forum and you have some videos explaining how to upgrade

@Francesco Melluso have you tried to remove the sdcard and put another one? Perhaps your sdcard is corrupted and due to that the unit is not mounted and not visible
