loking for firmware


  • Hi i have problem with calls breaking up on current firmware.

     

    looking for link to original firmware that came with my unit

  • @Piotr Tyl Here is the latest Vivid 10 version, please try to upgrade it and let us know if your problem can be resolved or not.

  • Thats what I have installed. Problem still exists.

    Tried doing manufacture reset.

    I would like to get link to firmware that unit came with and it was working fine.

     


  • @Piotr Tyl The second photo of the built number didn't indicate that  your firmware has been upgrade. Please let us know you did upgrade it to 20230801 version.

    Additionally, we are wondering if you can shot a video to show us the situation that you mentioned above so that we can further diagnose and give your more appropriate instruction. Your prompt reply will be appreciated. 


  • @Piotr Tyl your call breaking issue is not normal. The last vivid10 update should work well. 

    What bluetooth chipset do you have? Check it on factory settings
